HDPE – High Density Polyethylene

Tensile strength

EN-Premium Elevator Buckets HDPE - High Density Polyethylene, It is produced from Impact Resistance Polyethylene Additives. The additives we use are produced specially against the strongest impacts thanks to EPDM anti-friction rubber suitable for food safety as engineering plastic.

Abrasion Resistance

Thanks to its high friction resistance under favour of its hardened structure and slippery surface, it is more resistant to abrasion.

Less Maintenance, More Carriage Power

With Less Maintenance and More Carrying Power You will notice the changes in elevator bucket changes, which are experienced due to breakages, belts worn out due to changes, costs due to the stance of the elevator and decrease in capacity, spent labor and energy costs.

Tensile Strength

Although hardened against abrasion, it also provides high tensile strength thanks to its 70% form elasticity.
